Job Description

Our client, a leader in precision engineering and manufacturing, is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembler to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Assembler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembler

Location: Mequon, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Assemble products including standard, prototype, and experimental units from drawings or instructions.
• Operate machines such as riveters, air ratchets, presses, and testers.
• Set up jobs and perform fixture/process changeovers.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality; perform first-piece and routine inspections.
• Document production data, including part numbers, lot numbers, heat numbers, and inspection results.

What's Needed?

• Experience in assembly or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to operate various assembly tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
