Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department, supporting the assembly line and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its success.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Memphis, TN- East Memphis 

Pay Range: $15.75 to $17.00

Shift: 2nd shift 

What's the Job?

• Assemble components accurately according to specifications and work instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail ability to read blue prints, use a measuring tape, use power tools 
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols, strong math skills 
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus but not required
