Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of roofing projects, from initial assessment to final completion
- Manage a team of skilled roofing technicians and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution - Develop accurate project estimates and manage budgets effectively
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and safety regulations
- Provide technical guidance and training to the roofing crew
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for each project

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the roofing industry
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

- Proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects, from small residential jobs to large commercial undertakings

- Expertise in reading blueprints, interpreting building codes, and navigating the permitting process

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing job site conditions

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Familiarity with suppliers, roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices
- Proficient in the use of roofing-specific software for estimating, project management, and reporting
