Job Overview
We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. Currently, we need a technician for our normal business hour jobs (40-60 hours per week) and a technician for after hours/emergency work orders (3rd shift, hours vary).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. Also experience in commercial kitchen appliance repairs is preferred/helpful. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems in commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC or commercial kitchen equipment issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and pumps.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all work performed.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
• Document all service calls and repairs in detail for record-keeping purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to build efficient solutions for complex HVAC challenges.
• Participation in On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration principles, and appliance repair preferred.
• Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
• Ability to perform equipment repair, including welding and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are a plus but not mandatory.
