Pay: $25-$26 DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Documentation Specialist to create clear, step-by-step instructions and manuals for our equipment and processes. This role is focused on developing guides such as start-up/shutdown procedures, equipment operation steps, and other how-to documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and format step-by-step operating procedures and manuals.
• Create clear instructions for equipment start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting.
• Standardize documentation layout and formatting for consistency.
• Collaborate with team members to gather accurate technical details.
• Maintain and update documents as processes or equipment change.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word (formatting, templates, styles, tables, etc.).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to translate technical steps into easy-to-follow instructions.
• Prior experience with technical writing or documentation is a plus.
