Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to do repetitive physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and ongoing quarterly testing. We are a drug free workplace!
• Prefer that you have experience as a general laborer in dirt or site construction, landscape, or land clearing industry
• Must be aware of your surroundings, wear protective gear, and keep safety first!
• This can be an entry level position in which will can train the right person.
• Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning and preparing earthworks construction sites
• Help equipment operator and other skilled labor when necessary
• Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
• Remove, fill, or compact earth or rock
• Follow instructions from supervisors in a respectful and responsive manner
• Ready to and willing learn from on-the-job training when necessary and be receptive to it
• Perform site clean-up
• Ability to work in all weather and environmental conditions including: rain, heat, cold, mud, dirt/dust, and around loud noises
• Workers must be consistently punctual and reliable. Show up on time every scheduled day!
• Worker is responsible to get to and from the assigned jobsite
• Hours are typically 7:00am-5:00pm Monday-Saturday. Overtime may be required.
