Your tasks Building up knowledge in the policies, guidelines, and processes of the bank, which are relevant to the Digital Workplace Cluster; Contributing to the creation of governance procedures and reports, which aim to identify compliance and/or quality issues; Evaluating the reports and identify areas of improvement, process adherence gaps and compliance risks; Creating a plan for action to mitigate the issues and involve all relevant stakeholders; Supporting the cluster members, who are responsible for mitigating the issues by explaining the requirements, providing guidance and performing quality reviews; Tracking and reporting progress. Your profile Being able to understand what requirements the IT needs to fulfill and adhere to. Measure compliance with those and intervene in case of issues. Create methodology of tracking and reporting governance matters; Experience in identification, design, documentation, implementation, monitoring and optimization of governance processes; High knowledge with Data processing, analysis and organization experience with KPI definition, tracking and identification of corrective actions ; Excellent verbal and written communication skills - communication with stakeholders on different levels, good negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to create and maintain a positive communication environment; Service-oriented and transparent in their collaboration with ordered services; Experience with ISO certifications will be considered as an advantage ; Experience with ISO will be considered as and advantage; Fluency in English and German - bith spoken and written; University degree in IT or relevant.
