Als onze stagiair(e)/collega Marketing Campagnes & Communicatie ga jij je bezig houden met de uitingen van Ubuntopia richting zowel de consument als richting (potentiële) partners. Samen met het marketing team worden er brainstormsessies georganiseerd voor nieuwe ideeën en strategieën. Jouw input is hierin erg belangrijk. Vervolgens ga jij uitzoeken hoe de campagne het beste uitgezet kan worden bij de doelgroep en/of klant en ga jij de campagne vorm geven. Natuurlijk krijg je hier hulp bij. Voorbeelden van campagnes zijn: benaderen en contact onderhouden met influencers, bedenken, uitvoeren, editen en inplannen van social media berichten, nieuwsflitsen schrijven voor LinkedIn, nieuwsbrieven en onze websites. Hiervan zal het merendeel in het Engels zijn. Kortom, een uitdagende, leerzame en variërende stage.

Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de Ubuntopia webshop. Je gaat actief opzoek naar strategische partners en producten die wij kunnen toevoegen aan ons assortiment. Je komt met een concreet voorstel en benadert de partijen. Hoe leuk zou het zijn als het product waar jij mee bent gekomen daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd gaat worden?

Jij bent…

• Native Engels speaker en thuis in de Nederlandse taal.
• Assertief, creatief en zelfstandig.
• Goed in het schrijven van wervende teksten op een verhalende manier.
• Goed in het volgen van (social) media trends en weet hierop in te spelen.
• Niet bang om de telefoon te pakken.
• Derde of vierde jaars HBO Marketing en Communicatie, Commerciële Economie student of een soortgelijke opleiding.
• Cultuur sensitief, je kunt goed samenwerken met internationale collega’s.
• Affiniteit met verschillende landen en culturen.

HBO Internship | Work Experience Placement – Marketing Campaigns & Communication

About you…

As our intern/colleague Marketing Campaigns & Communication, you get to work with the expressions of Ubuntopia towards both the consumer and (potential) partners. We organise brainstorming sessions with the marketing team for new ideas and strategies. Your input and ideas are essential. Based on the outcomes, you get the time to shape the campaign. Examples of campaigns are: approaching and maintaining contact with influencers, devising, executing, editing and scheduling social media messages, and writing news flashes for LinkedIn, newsletters and our websites. Most of them will be in English. In short, a challenging, instructive and varied internship or work experience placement.

In addition, you provide support at the Ubuntopia webshop. You actively look for strategic partners and products that we can add to our catalogue. You come up with a concrete proposal and approach the parties. How nice would it be if we could realise the product you came up with?

You are…

• Native English speaker and home in the Dutch language.
• Assertive, creative and you work independently.
• Good at narratively writing promotional texts.
• Good at following (social) media trends and interacting with them.
• Not afraid to make a phone call.
• Third or fourth year HBO Marketing and Communication, Commercial Economics student or similar education.
• Culture sensitive, you can work well with international colleagues.
• Affinity with different countries and cultures.
