KPMG is seeking a Manager, Automation & Reliability to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in developing strategies, roadmaps, and selecting appropriate technologies; stay updated on industry trends, best practices, tools, and technologies to foster innovation.
2. Lead our Infrastructure as Code initiative to automate deployment of workplace technologies such as Cisco Codecs, Crestron Scheduling panels, Brightsign Media Players, Biamp audio devices, Samsung Displays, and more.
3. Partner with operational support teams, internal business units, and vendors to analyze products and processes, identifying areas for improvement and operational efficiencies.
4. Collaborate with product owners and SMEs to ensure platform adoption supports maximum extensibility and has necessary APIs for future development.
5. Maintain and enhance existing code, ensuring standards are met and performance optimized; implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality code.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum four years of recent experience as an automation engineer, site reliability engineer, or DevOps engineer.
2. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
3. Experience with Cisco RoomOS development utilizing xAPI and Macros; proficiency in Python, Java, Ansible, and similar technologies.
4. Background in building integrations with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Cvent, Salesforce; experience with Crestron control systems; familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other M365 solutions; experience with Workplace Technology and IoT solutions like occupancy sensors, digital signage, and building control systems; experience working in an agile environment.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to lead a customer service and teamwork-driven environment.
6. A mindset focused on continuous process and portfolio improvement, enabling optimization, proactive troubleshooting, and remediation of interruptions to employee experiences.
7. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visas.
