Manufacturing Supervisor (Gift Card Production)
Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within a high-volume gift card manufacturing facility in North Las Vegas. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production staff involved in gift card printing, finishing, and packaging.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
• Monitor and adjust workflow to meet deadlines and resolve production issues as they arise.
• Train and mentor production team members; provide feedback and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation including production reports, downtime logs, and inventory usage.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (gift card manufacturing is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of print production and finishing processes.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a deadline-driven setting.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methods is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as required.
