Join a nationally recognized neonatology program that combines cutting-edge medicine with heartfelt mission-driven care. This is your chance to become part of a collaborative and experienced inpatient team delivering exceptional care to the tiniest patients - newborns who need it most.

We are currently seeking a dedicated NNP to join our high-acuity NICU team providing Level II, III, and IV services to over 700 infants annually across the southeast. Here, you'll work in a supportive environment where your expertise and voice are valued -and where every day presents the opportunity to change lives.

Why You'll Love This Role :

  • Generous Sign On Bonus: Receive up to $18,000 if you bring over a year of provider experience.
  • CME Support: Enjoy up to $2,500 in reimbursement and 5 additional PTO days annually to pursue continuing education.
  • Work/Life Balance: Embrace a flexible schedule with 12-hour shifts and a blend of weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Substantial PTO: Begin accruing 25 days annually for personal time, holidays, illness, and more.
  • Relocation Assistance: Receive $7,500 to support your move, paid within your first 30 days.
  • Career Advancement: Thrive in a high-volume setting with pathways for long-term professional growth and stability.

What You'll Do :

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you'll play an essential role in delivering team-based, family-centered care.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing comprehensive assessments and medical procedures for neonates and infants.
  • Partnering closely with physicians, nurse, and familiar to ensure seamless communication and holistic care.
  • Supporting quality improvement and research efforts to advance neonatal outcomes.
  • Maintaining active licensure and certifications, while applying evidence-based practices in every aspect of care.
  • Providing age-appropriate, developmentally sensitive support in a high-acuity NICU environment.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree (or higher) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Active Licensure with the state Board of Nursing as an RN and NNP.
  • Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • BCLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.
  • Open to both experienced and newly certified NNPs.

Where you'll Thrive:

Enjoy living and working in a vibrant metro area within North Carolina's beautiful Piedmont region-recognized among the Top 50 Best Places to Live and Top 40 Best Places to Retire by U.S. News & World Report. This community Offers:

  • Affordable Living: Housing cost approximately 31% below the national average.
