Volt is immediately hiring for Office Coordinator in Boise, ID.
 
As an Office Coordinator you will:

  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, organizing documents, and data entry
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies; assist with procurement as needed
  • Support a positive and efficient office environment
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare meeting rooms, and manage calendars
  • Arrange hotel and travel accommodations for local employees (individual bookings not permitted)
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries; direct them to headquarters or the appropriate local manager
  • Assist with office operations and occasional inventory handling (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation)
  • Collect and verify timesheets, attendance records, and leave forms
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Organize and maintain candidate records, resumes, and onboarding materials
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and candidate information
  • Assist HR team at headquarters with employee file management and basic data entry
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to departments including HR, Finance, Sales, and Field Service
  • Help with employee onboarding preparation and internal communication distribution
  • Participate in company events, meetings, and training activities as part of the administrative team
Office Coordinator candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and reporting for expenses, receipts, and financial approvals.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and good time management.
  • Familiarity with general office systems, tools, and documentation practices.
  • Bilingual, English – Korean a plus.
 
The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00am- 5:00 pm.
Location: Boise, ID 83716
Pay for this position is $39k-$42k DOE
 
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
