Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Process/Business Analyst to work in our Kansas City, MO office.
Role Overview:
The primary responsibilities of this role include analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate workflows, identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to improve productivity and quality.
The Process/Business Analyst will be responsible for collection and documentation of all As Is processes. They will work with Department Leaders to collect business requirements for process revisions, enhancements, and the creation of To Be processes. This includes identifying and evaluating a business's current processes involving analyzing existing workflows, systems, and practices to understand how work is currently being done. They will work with IT development to project manage process/requirement work and manage all end-to-end coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to ensure process changes do not negatively impact other organizations. The Process/Business Analyst will take a proactive approach to monitoring end-to-end processes within the organization. They will be responsible for identifying areas where inefficiencies can be improved and recommend solutions to address any gaps or areas in need of improvement.
