Job Title: Project Manager in the home improvement industry
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (On-site)
Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + gas + Commission
About the Role:
Promodeling Inc. is seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. This role focuses strictly on project execution —not sales—and is ideal for someone with strong leadership and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and custom renovations.
Act as the main liaison for clients during the pre-construction and construction phases.
Develop and maintain project schedules, scopes of work, and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, designers, and internal staff.
Conduct regular site visits to track progress, ensure quality, and resolve any issues.
Handle building permits, inspections, and ensure code compliance.
Maintain accurate project documentation (logs, change orders, payments, schedules).
Work collaboratively with internal staff and attend weekly meetings to report on project progress and address challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
3–5+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
Proficient in reading and interpreting plans, scopes, and schedules.
Spanish speaker
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Bay Area permitting and inspection processes is a plus.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
