This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage day-to-day staffing operations, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure new hires are set up for success from day one. Duties

• Manage the day-to-day operations in the branch office, ensuring high service levels and professionalism
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
• Hire and train new team members
• Provide continuous training, coaching, and mentorship to the team
• Conduct daily meetings to review job orders and desired outcomes
• Monitor and control expenses to meet budget guidelines
• Oversee client invoices and financial performance
• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue growth and maintain high gross margins
• Participate in sales efforts through cold calls and marketing emails
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings
• Ensure timely filling of client orders and maximize client satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of client pricing, sales, and activity reports
• Work with Sales Representatives on business proposals and presentations

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and staffing processes.
• Experience in training development and implementation of employee development programs.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organization.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think strategically about staffing needs.
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Prior management experience, preferably in the staffing industry
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Office, Excel, PPT, and Word)
• Strong client relations and customer service skills are essential
• Experience in sales, recruiting/hiring, and staffing is required
