Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HNW Tax Manager to join our team! This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax and HNW/UHNW clients. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax planning and compliance services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients
  • Review tax returns and workpapers prepared by staff and senior associates
  • Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and mentor staff and senior associates
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations and communicate changes to clients and team members
  • Assist with business development and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • CPA
  • 3+ years of experience in tax with a focus on high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients
  • Strong technical skills in tax planning, compliance, and research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
