Job Title: Registered Nurse (Temporary Coverage – Evening Shift)
Location: 13076 Renfro Cir, Omaha, NE
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM 

The candidate is eligible for a morning shift after completing one month.
Compensation: $68.00/hour

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) to provide coverage while our regular nurse is on leave. This role is expected to last for at least one month , with the possibility of extension or permanent placement , either in the same shift or moving to 1st shift depending on performance and department needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
• Perform health assessments and screening tests (drug/alcohol testing, spirometry, audiometry)
• Maintain OSHA, state, and employee health records with a strong emphasis on confidentiality
• Participate in plant safety and ergonomic programs
• Support health promotion , education , and training initiatives
• Assist in identifying and supporting workers’ compensation cases, including documentation and file maintenance
• Collaborate with external clinics and hospitals as needed

 

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Licensure: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational health nursing or a related field preferred

  Temporary Role: This is a temporary position with potential to transition into a longer-term role

Total Pay Package:
$2,720.00/week
