Alisos Animal Hospital | Full-Time | $20 - $22/hour
Are you passionate about animal care and ready to take the next step in your veterinary career? Alisos Animal Hospital is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Technician Assistant to join our busy, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:Assist veterinarians and technicians in safely restraining patients during exams and procedures
Prepare and clean exam rooms, treatment areas, and the surgical suite
Sterilize, organize, and maintain surgical and medical equipment
Collect, label, and handle laboratory samples accurately
Provide front desk and reception support as needed
Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
Restock supplies and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
Support patient intake, discharge, and accurate record keeping
Minimum one year of relevant experience in a veterinary setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
Commitment to maintaining a clean, efficient, and compassionate work environment
Full-time position with consistent hours
