We’re hiring a Warehouse Supervisor who can someday grow into an Assistant Manager, and ultimately Manager.

No prior supervisor experience? That's okay! If you bring strong leadership, communication skills, attention to detail and motivation, we encourage you to apply and we’ll provide the training you need. We use a proprietary system with hands-on instruction and mentorship.

We offer immediate PTO (up to 5 hours each week) and up to 5% annual raises each year. We value innovation, promote from within, and are known for workplace cleanliness, technology, and efficiency.

Once you complete training on our unique system, you’ll be supported by managers who mentor, not micromanage.

 

What We Offer:

• Starting Pay: $ 25 /hr (based on experience)
• Paid PTO: Up to 5 hours/week = 240 hours/year

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Supervise and support day-to-day warehouse operations
• Ensure team performance, safety and workflow efficiency
• Oversee shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy
• Oversee hands-on tasks: labeling, picking, packing, pallet building, forklift operation, reach trucks, pallet jacks, cleaning, etc.
• Load/unload trucks using proper procedures
• Refill pick lines and manage stock
• Use our modern software and mobile apps for inventory and communication
• Follow specific customer instructions with high attention to detail
• Adapt to customer ever changing shipping requirements & procedures
• Maintain compliance with company standards and policies
• Responsible for opening or closing the warehouse

 

Experience & Skills:

• 2 years minimum experience as warehouse Lead
• Strong Leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of pallet builds/tie-highs
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams/Slack & email
• Experience with ground shipping portals and Bills of Lading
• Forklift certification/experience is a plus
• Familiarity with logistics operations and shipping & receiving processes

 

Requirements (but not limited to):

• High School Diploma or GED
• Phone interview required to be considered
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift
• Able to read pallet information from 20 ft
• Dependable, punctual, and a motivated team player with reliable transportation
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work overtime during peak periods
• Open to learning new systems and adapting to change
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Team player with the ability to build morale, confidence & motivation
