Location: Aurora, CO
Schedule: 3:00–11:00 p.m. (2nd shift)
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually (salaried)

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all aspects of warehouse operations with an emphasis on order fulfillment, to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time service to customers. This role will help oversee receiving, picking, put-away, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse workflow. In addition, the Warehouse Supervisor helps manage a team of warehouse associates, focusing on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, staging, put-away, and inventory control.
  • Supervise and schedule a team of warehouse staff across multiple shifts.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing and sales support teams to ensure delivery timelines and customer service standards are met.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse safety procedures, facility cleanliness, and compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new warehouse team members.
  • Support performance management through coaching, mentoring, and corrective actions.
  • Actively participate as a hands-on team member when needed to support operations or cover staffing gaps.
  • Foster a positive and solution-focused work culture with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations (packaging industry preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and routing logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS or ERP platforms).
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, purchasing, customer service).
  • Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Work Environment

  • Active warehouse and shipping/receiving environment with forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles in operation.
  • Exposure to noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and occasional outdoor elements.
  • Requires adherence to PPE and safety standards.

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Hands-on work may involve loading/unloading product, operating equipment, and inspecting materials.
  • Visual focus and physical agility required to move safely throughout the warehouse.
