About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Employer Strategy and Chief Operating Officer to join its Senior Leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for curating a multi-year growth plan for the US business, ensuring that investments are aligned with this plan, and developing operating plans to achieve the set goals. This role involves overseeing the management process to govern the execution of both near and long-term priorities. The VP will also serve as a critical business partner and advisor, driving the strategic planning process, and portfolio management for the US business. Additionally, the role includes providing oversight of a wholly-owned Third Party Administrator and acting as a connector between the US business and the company's other divisions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related experience in a healthcare environment, with a preference for those who have served as a strategy lead or strategic chief of staff. The role requires a leader with demonstrated strategic agility, strong execution orientation, and the ability to influence across a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding goals, high business acumen, and the capacity to manage and lead cross-functional teams. Strong communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential. The VP should be resilient, empathetic, and have a strong capacity for collaboration to drive the right business outcomes.
