About the Role

We're seeking a Founding Customer Account Manager to lead seamless customer implementations for our rapidly growing dental practice customer base. You'll be the primary driver of customer success, ensuring practices launch quickly, with high quality, and achieve clear ROI from our AI solution. This is a remote role that requires east coast time zone availability.

Resonate AI captures new patients from missed calls using AI agents before they go elsewhere. We're an early-stage AI software company experiencing rapid growth. We've closed over $2.5M in pilots in the last 3 months. Our team brings both public company and zero-to-one experience, with leadership and advisors from leading AI institutions including Google Deepmind, xAI, Scale AI, Microsoft, and others. Resonate AI is headquartered in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Implementation & Success

  • Lead onboarding sessions, train customers effectively, and provide comprehensive initial support
  • Configure and customize Resonate AI technical solutions based on individual customer needs
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure customized solutions meet quality standards
  • Present clear ROI metrics demonstrating how the product delivers value to stakeholders

Scalable Systems Design

  • Build AI-first systems and automated workflows to reduce manual implementation work
  • Simplify and standardize onboarding processes to enable 10x customer growth
  • Create self-service tools and documentation that reduce customer dependency on human support
  • Design scalable templates that minimize non-repeatable work

Product & Process Intelligence

  • Gather customer feedback and pain points, and transform them into actionable product insights
  • Collaborate with engineering to improve product experience and reduce complexity
  • Propose product improvements that eliminate manual steps and increase automation
  • Educate customers on extracting maximum value from the software experience

Stakeholder Management

  • Navigate seamlessly between DSO-level stakeholders and practice-level end users
  • Maintain ongoing relationships focused on value realization and expansion opportunities
  • Ability to simplify complexity for our customers as they might not understand how AI works.

  • Comfortable supporting initiatives outside core scope, including sales, product, and operations responsibilities
