Key Responsibilities Barista & Caf DutiesPrepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beveragesHeat and serve food items at our caf counterOperate our Point of Sale (POS) system to complete purchases accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked caf areaFollow food safety and sanitation standards Customer Service & Guest ExperienceGreet customers warmly and create a welcoming, friendly environmentCheck in families and provide information about our play caf offeringsEducate guests on admission options, memberships, birthday parties, specialty classes, and food and beverage menuEnsure all guests adults and children have a comfortable and enjoyable visit Support Facility UpkeepAssist with general cleanliness across all areas, including the caf, play areas, cafe seating area, and restroomsOccasionally support the Play Guide team in light play area supervision and cleaningParticipate in special events and help create a fun, safe atmosphere for all guestsQualifications:Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service preferred.Barista experience is a plus, but not requiredtraining provided!Friendly, approachable, and confident in guest-facing roles.Able to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to a dynamic environment.Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.Perks of Working With Us:A fun and playful work environmentTips and occasional staff bonusesCaf discounts and free coffeeBe part of memorable celebrations that bring joy to families!Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 (based on experience) + tips
