Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the Renton Production System Training team based out of Auburn or Everett, Washington ( may require you to visit other sites) .
Position Responsibilities:
Ensures and assess Compliance to Processes and Procedures
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under minimal direction
Responsible for managing training projects
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
5 years of experience in performing data analysis
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
3+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
1+ years of experience with project management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
1+ years of experience with internal auditors
1+ years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
