GELLER LIGHTING SUPPLY CO. is Maryland’s largest independently owned commercial lighting distributor. We specialize in customized lighting solutions for a wide range of clients - locally and nationwide through our growing e-commerce presence.

We're currently seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Baltimore distribution center. This is a great opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key duties include:

• Leading, training, and supervising warehouse team members

• Managing order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery

• Overseeing receiving and inspection of inbound shipments

• Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular cycle counts

• Creating and managing purchase orders and vendor returns

• Ensuring warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies

• Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to meet fulfillment needs

• Identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiency

We're looking for a supervisor who is:

• Experienced in warehouse operations or logistics

• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and guide a team

• Detail-oriented and focused on quality control

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); inventory systems experience a plus

• Physically able to meet the demands of the role (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.)

• Safety-conscious with a proactive mindset

• A clear and professional communicator

• High school diploma or equivalent required
