School of the Word
Every believer must be students in the school of the Word. John 8:31 KJV says ,
‘ Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; ‘
It is your passion and desire for more of the Word that qualifies you to become a disciple of Christ. If we want to become a blessing to our community we must understand the wisdom and glory contained in God’s Word .
School of the Spirit
John 4:23-24 KJV declares,
‘ But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. [24] God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. ‘
In the School of the Spirit we must come to terms with the fact that we don’t just have a spirit but we are spirit beings created by our Father, Who is a Spirit. Above all the onl way we can function as children of God is by the power of the Holy Spirit. And He is the only person who can help us make a meaning out of the Word of God . This understanding makes us masters over circumstances and victors over the forces of darkness.
Family 101
At Faith in the Word Ministry, we consider the Family as the foundational unit and bedrock of peace and stability in the society. Destroy the family, the whole essence of what mankind stands for is gravely eroded. Using the Word of God , the Family ministry emphasizes the whole essence of God’s original purpose for mankind.
School of Relationship
This school offers revelational insights into how God wants His children to function alongside the children of the world. It’s a six months training that equips the individuals to know themselves, their fellow believers, their community responsibilities and their nations.
School of Care (Tabitha Generation)
One unique trait all followers of Jesus Christ must possess is that we must not forget to take care of widows , orphans and the needy. In this school we train people to understand kingdom kindness and care within the bounds of scripture.
Newcomers Centre (Barnabas Generation)
This is a specialized ministry that helps newcomers to have a soft landing not only within the church but within the community. Just as Barnabas assisted Apostle Paul to adjust beautifully into the family of God’s people, we desire to ease the pains of newcomers into Canada as they settle into their new environment.
